Benefits - Vacation & Sick Leave

Vacation Leave
CTSC provides paid leave to full-time employees each year for the primary purposes of allowing them an extended period of rest and relaxation. The maximum amount of Vacation Leave that is allowed to transfer from one calendar year to the next is 240 hours. Any hours in excess of 240 will not be paid out to the employee. The amount of Vacation Leave full-time employees receive each year increases with length of employment, as shown below:

Sick Leave
Seven (7) days of paid Sick Leave are allotted annually for use as needed for all full-time employees. Sick Leave accrues each pay period as a portion of the seven days. The extraordinary part of this benefit is that there is no maximum accrual and unlimited annual carry-over.
