Holidays
CTSC offers all full-time employees and, on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees,
10 paid holidays per calendar year. Observed holidays are listed below:

Bereavement Leave - CTSC employees receive
full pay for up to three (3) days leave upon the death of an immediate family
member.
Jury Duty - CTSC encourages employees to
fulfill their civic duties. Therefore, while on jury duty, employees will be
paid their normal compensation, less the amount paid by the court, for up to
ten (10) days.
Military Training - If an employee is called to perform military
reserve duty, CTSC will ensure that the employee receives full pay (less military
pay) for up to ten (10) days every calendar year.
