401(k) Savings Plan
The ability to make choices about what we do at various stages of our life is
important to all of us. CTSC's 401(k) plan will get you started in the right
direction. Saving for your future has never been easier: Through payroll deduction employees may contribute a percentage of their pay on a pretax basis. Our 401(k) plan is managed by Fidelity Investments. To enroll in 401(k) employees must complete a six month waiting period.
401(k) Plan Pretax Deductions - For those
who contribute, CTSC matches 100% of the first 5% you contribute to the plan. Employees are eligible to contribute up to the IRS maximum allowable limits of their pay on a pretax basis. Once in the plan, an employee is fully vested.
There are 26 different investment fund options available. Investment earnings
accumulate on a tax-deferred basis. The administrative cost of this plan is
fully paid for by CTSC.
Discretionary Contributions
In addition to our generous 401(k) plan, CTSC also offers eligible employees a Discretionary
Contribution Plan. With this plan, CTSC contributes funds based on profitability
each year. Employees must be employed on the last day of the year and enrolled in the CTSC 401(K) plan to receive this benefit. The Vesting schedule is listed below:
