CTSC provides this fully paid benefit for all employees, their spouses and children. The EAP is available to help you deal confidentially with personal and emotional problems related to marital or family situations, financial or legal problems, drug and alcohol abuse, and other individual counseling needs.

Confidential - Employees and their family members will find it necessary to use this benefit to obtain confidential and professional help. Confidential means that no one at CTSC will know that this service was used in any way, unless you tell them.

Valuable Information - In addition, through the EAP you can receive information regarding work and home life. This can be used to help manage daily personal responsibilities, such as information about home improvement, automobiles, and moving. You will also be able to receive information about family issues, which include childcare, summer programs, pet care, and grand parenting.
