Benefits - Education Assistance

CTSC encourages the continued professional development of its employees. This program provides support for both undergraduate and graduate courses. Reimbursement may be up to 100% for approved course(s) tuition and tuition related expenses (registration costs, books, etc.) up to a maximum of $3,000 per calendar year for undergraduate and $5,000 for graduate. Reimbursement will be a percentage of tuition based on the grade received. After reimbursement, an employee must remain employed by CTSC for 1 year or pay a prorated portion back to CTSC.
