ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Monitors assigned tasks and keeps the Project Manager (PM) abreast of all issues, concerns, problems and accomplishments. 2. Submits recommendations for process improvements to PM. 3. Works special high priority tasks as assigned by the PM. 4. Utilizes SMS DataStream and Data Warehouse databases and existing tools and standard reports to generate TSA ILS metrics and analysis reports. Then uses presentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc. to develop the CDRL referenced presentations to the client. 5. Performs analysis of generated periodic reports and the data resident in SMS/TSA databases as required and tasked by the PM. 6. Assists the PM in the development of program management presentations and associated materials. 7. Completes tasks within estimated timeframes and in accordance with established schedules. 8. Provides written and oral reports to CTSC Management and SMS representatives as required and approved by the PM.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Very limited or no travel will be required. Operate and maintain documentation within the ISO 9001:2000 framework.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associates degree or above preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks under intense pressure. General experience should include increasing responsibilities in both independent task management and data analysis and reporting in a logistics environment.
JOB PREREQUISITES: Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance and must possess the necessary skills to perform tasks defined in ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES above. Strong MS Office skills and experience in the use of relational database tools (e.g. MS Access) for data management and reporting. Prefer experience supporting federal government clients, and a working knowledge of maintenance logistics concepts as they relate to those clients. Candidate must possess exceptionally strong analytical skills. Industrial engineering, management analysis, or information systems background is a plus.
